Return & Exchange Policy

At Summerwinterdrip, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review the following policy.

1. Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method or for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must include all original tags and be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., your order number or receipt).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Please contact us to initiate an exchange and receive instructions before sending your item back. We recommend that you return the original item using a trackable shipping service.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Gift cards.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, shows signs of wear, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a notification email regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
